What the Session Feels Like

This is not a fast-paced or physically demanding class.

You’ll be guided through slow, simple movements, breathing, and moments of stillness to help your body settle.

There’s nothing to achieve and nothing to get “right.”

You can move at your own pace, rest at any time, and follow along in a way that feels comfortable for you.

No. This is not clinical therapy, trauma processing, or medical treatment.
It’s a group-based somatic practice space focused on nervous system support and regulation.
