Private Sessions
Trauma-informed, nervous-system-focused 1:1 sessions (online)
These 60-minute trauma-informed sessions support nervous system regulation, designed to support safety and integration. We move gently with somatic practices, yin yoga, breath-work, and meditation, always with choice.
Here’s an example of what our Somatic Healing Yoga session might look like. Every session is tailored to your needs that day, and there’s always room to pause, adjust, or check in.
Example:
- Check-In & Intention Setting (5 minutes)
- Somatic Movement including Yin Yoga (25 minutes)
- Breath-work (15 minutes)
- Meditation (10 minutes)
- Reflection & Closing (5 minutes)
Come as you are. This is your time to feel, breathe, and heal.
