What’s Included in the Membership?

This is a monthly space for ongoing somatic practice, nervous system support, and a gentle return to your body.

Instead of pushing for change, this space supports your body to gradually release tension and relax over time through consistent, accessible practice.

  • 60min Weekly live somatic practice sessions

    Thursdays 11am–12pm EST. Gentle guided practices designed to help you settle into your body, reduce tension, and find ease over time.
    Replays are available so you can come back at your pace.

  • A growing library of short practices

    Short, quiet offerings for integration between sessions. Paced for home support and gentle continuity.

  • Flexible monthly membership

    Join month-to-month and cancel anytime. Stay as long as it feels supportive.

Weekly Live Somatic Practice Sessions

Thursdays · 11AM-12PM (Eastern Time)

Gentle, guided sessions focused on nervous system support and regulation.

Each session may include grounding practices, slow movement, yin yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

Over time, this creates a steady rhythm your body can begin to recognize and settle into.

Notes:

  • Live attendance is optional
  • Replays are always available
  • When a month has a fifth Thursday, we take that week off

You Can Engage In A Way That Supports You

  • Live attendance is optional. You can just watch the replays at your own pace if that suits you better
  • Replays and short practices are always available in the platform
  • Cameras on or off are welcome. I use Zoom's Focus Mode where other participants won't be able to see you
  • There is nothing to “catch up on”

Is this therapy or trauma treatment?

Will I be expected to share or speak during sessions?

No. Sharing is always optional.

Do I need prior yoga or somatic experience?

No prior experience is required. You’re welcome here exactly as you are.

Where do I access the program?

The program is an online platform that can be accessed on any device. When you sign up you can create a login and visit the platform for weekly sessions or whenever you want to return. You don’t need to download videos.
