Welcome to FutureSeeds LLC (“FutureSeeds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in our offerings, including private sessions and monthly programs. By accessing this website or engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or participate in our offerings.

Services Offered

FutureSeeds provides trauma-informed, somatic-based yoga and nervous system education, including private one-on-one sessions conducted online, monthly programs or memberships that may include live group sessions, recorded content, written materials, and educational resources related to embodiment, breath, and self-regulation. All services are offered online unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our services unless otherwise specified. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have appropriate consent. Our services are not intended for crisis intervention or emergency care.

Health and Educational Disclaimer

All FutureSeeds offerings are educational and experiential in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions. Participation does not establish a therapist-client or medical provider-patient relationship. You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health concerns and for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

Personal Responsibility and Consent

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being. You agree to listen to your body, honor your limits, and modify or stop any practice at any time. Somatic and mindfulness practices may bring awareness to physical sensations or emotional experiences, and you are always invited to move at your own pace.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through our designated payment platforms. We reserve the right to update pricing or offerings at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect services already purchased.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are scheduled by appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Emergency situations may be considered at our discretion. Private sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Unused sessions are not transferable unless explicitly stated.

Monthly Membership Program

Monthly programs operate on a recurring billing basis unless otherwise stated. Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle. Memberships continue until canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. Program content, session timing, or structure may be updated as needed. If a program must be paused or discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided when possible.

Drop-In Group Classes

Drop-in group classes are scheduled at specific times and are booked per session. Due to the limited number of spots, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the class start time. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be offered to another participant, but refunds or credits are not guaranteed. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun in order to maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment for all participants. In the case of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances on our end, an alternative session or credit may be provided.

Access and Use of Content

All content provided through FutureSeeds, whether live or recorded, is for personal use only. You agree not to share login credentials, record or distribute sessions without permission, or reproduce, sell, or redistribute materials. Access to membership content ends when your membership ends.

Intellectual Property

All website content, session materials, recordings, text, and media are the intellectual property of FutureSeeds LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Confidentiality and Community Spaces

We respect participant privacy and confidentiality. In live or group settings, you agree to respect the privacy of others. While we strive to create safe and respectful spaces, we cannot guarantee confidentiality in online environments or third-party platforms.

Technology Disclaimer

We are not responsible for disruptions due to internet issues, platform outages, or technical difficulties. Missed sessions due to technical issues are not guaranteed to be refunded or rescheduled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureSeeds LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to services if a participant violates these Terms, engages in harmful or abusive behavior, or repeatedly disregards boundaries. This is done to protect the safety and integrity of the community.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
