This private, trauma-informed session is a gentle and supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and feel more grounded—no yoga experience needed.

Here’s what to expect during our time together:

  1. Check-In & Intention Setting (5 minutes)
    We’ll begin with a brief, open conversation to see how you’re feeling today—physically, mentally, or emotionally—and set a gentle intention for your practice.

  2. Somatic Movement including Yin Yoga (25 minutes)
    Through slow, mindful postures and intuitive movement, we’ll invite the body to soften, release tension, and return to a sense of safety. Movements are always offered as suggestions, with plenty of space to go at your own pace.

  3. Breathwork (10 minutes)
    We’ll move into guided breath practices to support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and a deeper connection to the present moment.

  4. Meditation (15 minutes)
    A short guided meditation or deep rest practice to help you integrate the movement and breath, and allow your system to settle.

  5. Reflection & Closing (5 minutes)
    We’ll gently close with space for you to share anything you noticed or ask questions. This is a moment to honor your experience before returning to your day.

Every session is tailored to your needs that day, and there’s always room to pause, adjust, or check in.
